2. Description of Service
Voicelyst AI provides a SaaS platform that allows users to edit videos, create auto-subtitles with AI, add voiceovers, and schedule posts to social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
3. User Accounts
To use certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Content Ownership
Users retain full ownership of videos uploaded and processed through the platform. However, by using the service, you grant us a limited right to process that content for the purpose of providing the service (e.g., running AI algorithms for subtitles).
5. Copyright Policy
You agree not to use the service to process or post content that infringes on third-party copyrights. Voicelyst AI is not responsible for any copyright claims arising from user-provided content.
6. Third-Party Integrations
Our service integrates with third-party APIs such as Google/YouTube API Services. Use of YouTube publishing features must comply with YouTube's Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy.
7. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, without prior notice, if you violate any terms in this document.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
